We are bridging the skills gap and empowering graduates with skills for future proof careers in tech. With a mix of practical training, hands-on experience and financial support; we are creating an enabling environment for accelerated learning designed for serious-minded graduates to acquire key skills to launch successful careers in tech.
FREE ACCELERATED
TRAINING
With a bespoke curriculum,
fellows undertake a specialised accelerated program designed
to expose them to the core skills
and resources needed to gain
ground knowledge in chosen tech career paths with a short period.
PAID JOB
PLACEMENT
Upon successful completion of 3 - 6 months of accelerated learning, fellows are immediately absorbed into a work placement program that allows them to use thier skills and training to develop a project or contribute to a larger project. This placement allows them to create a portfolio of competencies and proven experience for 3-6months.
ENTERPRISE SUPPORT
Upon completion of 12 monthd\s fellowships, fellows are equipped with skills designed to empower and support their succesful take off as tech enterprenuers or employees. Our trainings are designed fuse pathways for fellows that allows for immediate transitions into self employment of remote employment opportunoties.
